Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.kobetough.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All US domestic orders that arrive before noon ship on the same day. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer free shipping for all orders above US $500. This does not apply to items purchased from the factory shop for customers visiting the shop because the factory shop sells items at significantly discounted prices.

Standard free shipping is 4 to 10 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We will refund in full for damaged shipments or defective products in line with our return and refunds policy.

Please preserve all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

We offer free international shipping for all online orders above US $500. This does not apply to items purchased from the factory shop for customers visiting the shop because the factory shop sells items at significantly discounted prices.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

These custom taxes and tarriffs are not included in our pricing and are outside our control. You will be contacted by your government customs office and/or the courier company in cases where you need to pay custom duties. For example, US government charges 10-12.5% taxes on imports. If you would like to know more about specific taxes on import to your country, please speak to your tax agent.
